As an established accounting firm with over 30 years of experience, we pride ourselves on our commitment to personalized service. With a dedicated team of approximately 10 members, including three CPAs and various support staff, we cultivate a small firm atmosphere where every client receives the tailored attention they deserve.
Thriving in high-pressure environments, we specialize in addressing a diverse range of client accounting needs. Our services encompass bookkeeping, live payroll services, tax planning, tax preparation, and forensic accounting within the family law niche.
The ideal candidate, preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA), will tackle a range of responsibilities, including (but not limited to):
- Business and Individual Tax Preparation Services
- Bookkeeping & Write-up Services
- General Ledger and Financial Statement Preparation
- Workers Compensation Schedules
- Annual & Quarterly Payroll Tax Return Preparation and Review
- Annual 1099 Preparation
- Sales and Property Tax Returns
- Client Account Management
- Miscellaneous Projects for Clientele
Proficiency in cash and accrual accounting, along with the ability to understand and create journal entries and trend financial statements is a MUST. Previous experience in a CPA firm is preferred.
We're looking for someone with 3-5+ years of experience who is proficient in computerized general ledger programs like Accounting CS (formerly Creative Solutions Accounting & CBS), QuickBooks desktop, QuickBooks Online, etc., as well as tax programs like Lacerte. Excellent PC skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, are a must.
A successful applicant will excel at multitasking, meeting deadlines, and producing high-quality work timely and under pressure. Professionalism, brightness, and a commitment to long-term employment are qualities we value. Ideally, the applicant should reside within 15-20 miles of our Upland office. We are a fully NON-smoking firm.

We are seeking a full-time employee who will work on-site in our office. Please note that we do not offer remote positions, as we believe our service excellence relies on facilitating direct interactions between our clients and our diverse staff at one centralized location.
