Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst that is an active Medicaid provider to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Analyst will have good supervision skills and solid BA skills to coordinate services and supervise BcAB's. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavioral therapy interventions based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Utilize medical terminology and maintain accurate medical documentation
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
- Work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities and their families to provide support and guidance
Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis techniques
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong background in behavioral health and therapy
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans
- Prior experience working with children is preferred
