JOB DESCRIPTION:
Technical Delivery Manager, Ecommerce
The Technical Delivery Manager will inspire, implement and support ecommerce and marketplace within Driven Brands. You will work closely IT and business partners to execute our day to day, to enable our vision for growth . You will motivate by making innovation and analytics part of day-to-day business, to bring visibility to growth opportunities, and to drive fast, focused decision making. Your role will be both technical and functional, with hands on opportunities across our ecommerce and marketplace solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically and tactically assures that the intersection between business needs, user experience, and technical capabilities are aligned and provide solutions that are valuable, usable, and feasible

Accountable for managing and contributing to all stages of the approved idea lifecycle, including grooming and writing user stories, creating and developing technical stories, development, testing, implementing, training, supporting and measuring business adoption.

Manages day to day operations: implements and supports SAP Commerce Cloud + Mirakl features, vendor integrations, health monitoring, and enhancements to SAP Commerce Cloud and the Mirakl Marketplace platform with our external partner and our value assurance office.

Uses programming languages such as SQL, Python or R to support or augment the ecommerce and marketplace solution and business functions.
Qualifications:
-
7+ years experience in managing SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), marketplace (Mirakl) and Google Analytics platforms, with a strong understanding of their architecture, standard functionalities, and customization capabilities.

7+ years of deep knowledge of software development practices, including agile methodologies, DevOps, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) frameworks.

5+ years of strong background in system architecture design, particularly in e-commerce, with experience in API management, microservices, and headless commerce.

5+ years experience with applications that integrate with data solutions (DW, ML, AI)

5+ years experience with .Net, Java, C#, SQL, Python or R

3+ years experience presenting and engaging with business partners and stakeholders as a direct responsibility

Preferred Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or related field; additional certifications in SAP Hybris, Project Management (PMP), or Agile methodologies are highly advantageous.

3+ years experience in B2B or B2C Retail or Automotive

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of managing cross functional, multi shore teams and complex stakeholder relationships.

Excellent business-writing skills, ability to synthesize complex concepts, and translate to business opportunity

Proven, excellence in planning, priority setting, and project management skills to manage multiple projects and resources in a fast-paced environment
