-Grill (chicken, steak etc)
-Sauté (vegetables)
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Team player in the kitchen
-High volume orders
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience working as a Line Cook
- Knowledge of mediterranean food
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- NYC DEPT OF HEALTH CERTIFICATION
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
