CFO Job Description:
The CFO for this fast-paced company in the real estate services sphere is accountable for multiple financial and administrative areas including development of financial strategy, metrics for that strategy, and initiating systems aimed preserving company assets, and reporting accurate financial results.
I. Assist in formulation the company’s future direction and supporting tactical initiatives
II. Monitor and direct the implementation or strategic business plans
III. Develop financial and tax strategies
IV. Manage the capital request and budgeting processes
V. Develop performance metrics and monitoring systems that support the company’s strategic direction
VI. Identify issues, plan, resolve and report to stakeholders
VII. Manage several Directors (overseeing each division of the company). Coordinate goals, give analysis and suggestions for improvement
