Advance is seeking a proven, self-motivated, customer service representative with experience in scheduling jobs for production as well as acting as a liaison between sales and customers. Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating the flow of work within or between departments of the manufacturing facility to expedite production. You will also assist customers with production questions, job tracking updates and delivery options. If you have exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills and are eager to stand out and participate in a growing business, then we want to speak with you.
Ideal candidate will have 1-2 years customer service experience; be proficient in math and computer usage utilizing Microsoft Office, and be familiar with ERP and CRM software.
Responsibilities Include:
- Supports and adheres to all documented procedures, work instructions and records in accordance with the Advance Reproductions Corporation’s Quality Management System.
- Maintain customer relations.
- Determines production method and routing based on work order specifications.
- Schedules according to work order specifications.
- Confers with production personnel to resolve problems affecting production schedules.
- Issues written and oral instructions.
- Generates Billing charges of customer work orders.
- Expedites production of product being made by A.R.C. subcontractors
- Examines work for exactness, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures.
- Confers with appropriate personnel and customer with manufacturing information.
- ITAR: This position requires the use of information or access to hardware that is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). To perform the position, you must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. Person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e., ‘Green Card Holder’), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
