Introduction:

As our HR Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a good understanding of employment laws are crucial in this role.
Responsibilities:
Compensation & Benefits Administration:
· Administer and manage employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies.
· Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
HR Administration & Compliance:
· Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including employee files, records, and HRIS data entry.
· Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
· Stay current on employment laws and industry trends, advising management on HR best practices and legal considerations.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
· Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and extending job offers.
· Coordinate new hire onboarding, including orientation sessions and ensuring new employees are integrated smoothly into the organization.
Employee Relations:
· Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
· Address employee relations issues promptly and professionally, fostering a positive and respectful workplace culture.
Performance Management:
· Administer performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
· Implement programs and initiatives that support career growth and continuous learning for employees at all stages of their careers.
Special Projects and Initiatives:
· Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, and process improvements.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives

Education and Certifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
· Certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
