Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Acute Care team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an opportunity to work with diverse patient populations and contribute to improving health outcomes.
Duties:
- Perform assessments and provide direct patient care in acute care settings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans accordingly
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care strategies
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Skills:
- Proficient in suturing techniques
- Experience in medical-surgical nursing
- Knowledge of home community care practices
- Strong understanding of human physiology and anatomy
- Competent in medication administration protocols
- Familiarity with sonography procedures
- Ability to provide specialized care for infants and seniors
- Experience in case management for comprehensive patient support
Shifts Available:
- 36 hours per week, Variable Shift, 12-hour work schedule
- 24 hours per week, Variable Shift, 12-hour work schedule
Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Experience Required for RN Resident: Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less
- Experience Required for Acute Care RN: At least 1 year of Nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty, unless otherwise indicated.
