Assist in the achievement of and act in support of the sales of Hanover Displays Destination Signs, Wayside signs, On-Board technology, and all other potential products in the transit market in North America through the servicing and support of said products.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Decision Making Authority
The Field Service II performs duties as directed by the Field Service Manager and in coordination with the Vice President of Sales and Field Service. Basic discretion and judgment will be exercised regarding routine work and will look for assistance on non-routine events and issues.
Reporting Relationships
The Field Service II reports directly to Field Service Manager and will communicate directly with the Vice President of Sales and Field Service.
Duties/Responsibilities: Inclusive of but not limited to the following:
· Response to service calls from transit agencies.
· Performs service as is required in designated territory.
· Works with field service manager and or regional sales manager to determine priority for any field service(s) to be rendered.
· Performs PDI, (Post Delivery Inspections), upon agencies receipt of new vehicles when required or any vehicle that has newly installed Hanover Displays equipment on it.
· Programs destination lists for clients as assigned, Helen Software.
· Writes IWO when required.
· Accurately fills out inspection forms of vehicles to be installed for a retrofit and or demos of any kind with measures, pictures, and dimensions.
· Completes installation of all Hanover equipment for paid retrofits or demo installations.
· Maintains storage unit inventory.
· Periodically visits Hanover customers for follow-up and to promote goodwill.
· Communicates all information from client visits to Field Service Manager.
· Overnight travel may be required.
· Maintains group view outlook calendar.
· Reports daily/weekly/monthly Service Tracking Log (STL)
· Supports other field service or sales staff as required.
· Regular visits to Elk Grove Village for support and backfill of required assistance as well as regular training and meetings.
- Reports monthly travel and expenses through Certify Management software.
· Maintains and update destination lists.
· Participates in weekly STL review meetings.
· Distributes documents that track client’s requests and requirements.
· Interacts with production and shipping by monitoring scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.

· Be able to read electronic schematics and have a strong understanding of basic electronics.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods standing/sitting and performing repetitive tasks.
· Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
· Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products.
· Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.
· Ability to differentiate between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
