This position can be done remotely or in our office, providing flexibility for our employees. As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and providing exceptional support through our live chat platform.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through live chat
Assist customers with product or service-related questions and issues
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus
Proficiency in typing and using live chat software
