We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth. This is a key role that requires excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to effectively manage client accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Asses the risks of our customers to align coverage to protect their families
Qualifications:
- Must be Fluent in Spanish*
- Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance- General Lines (Willing to obtain with in 2 weeks of hiring)
- Licensed in Life, Health & HMO Insurance- General Lines(Willing to obtain in 2 weeks of hiring)
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM, Word & Excel platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
