Job Summary:
We are in search of motivated and dedicated Independent Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. Your primary role will be to increase the membership of our medical cannabis and CBD benefits programs by effectively engaging with prospective clients and maintaining strong relationships with current ones. This position requires independent management of sales activities, from generating leads to closing deals, and being a point of contact for those members which you’ve signed up.
This position makes the most sense for someone already working in the employee benefits space, like independent healthcare policy managers or HR consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue potential customers through networking, lead follow-ups, and strategic outreach.
- Organize and conduct meetings with potential and current clients to showcase CannaPlan's products and services.
- Highlight the advantages and unique features of our program to encourage customer acquisition.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with new and existing clients.
- Gather feedback from customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction, address any product-related inquiries and provide ongoing support
- Complete all necessary sales documentation and obtain customer acknowledgments to finalize sales.
- Address and resolve customer concerns, aiming for high customer satisfaction.
- Remain knowledgeable about HIPAA compliance and ensure all sales practices adhere to privacy regulations.
Commission Structure:
CannaPlan membership rates include an initial Membership Fee, based on a company’s preference for educational workshops, and a monthly Subscription Fee for each member. Commission is offered at 50% of the Membership Fee secured by the salesperson, plus an incrementally increasing commission for each member’s Subscription Fee secured each month. Build your book of business for larger payouts per-member and per-month, with no limit on growth!
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED; higher education is a plus.
- Professional sales certification (e.g., CSP) is preferred, but not required
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed.
- Demonstrates B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or a related field.
- Independence in managing and driving sales goals.
- Exceptional negotiation and consultative sales abilities.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
