Human Resources Assistant
The Archdiocese of Indianapolis is seeking Human Resources Assistant for their office in downtown Indianapolis. This is an in-person position.
The Human Resources Assistant will provide assistance with the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department. This position will provide general administrative support to the department as well as assist with completion of various projects as they arise.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
· Knowledge of general human resources practices including benefits administration.
· Proficiency with databases, payroll systems, and other technology related to human resources administration.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel.
