The director-/ ED-level Prime Financing Salesperson will be responsible for covering Institutional accounts and the primary focus will be the execution of the commercial strategy of the financing platform in the Americas. This will include client acquisition, sales of the full product suite to the institutional client base and pre/post trade relationship management.
The salary range for this position will be between $250,000 - $350,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
He/she/they will:
- Represent the global markets platform to the institutional client base including traditional asset managers, pensions, endowments, foundations, insurance companies and alternatives, including hedge funds, family offices and private equity firms.
- Primary product focus to include Synthetic Prime & Delta One products and structures across asset classes
- Serve as the primary commercial liaison for all synthetic financing efforts across the sales organization
- Mentor and educate coverage bankers and markets sales teams as to the delta one landscape and opportunity set
- Partner with Coverage, Client management Unit (CMU) and Global markets Sales teams client relationships and cross-sell Natixis’ broader product suite.
- Collaborate with regional teams (LATAM/Canada) to expand Natixis’ presence and diversify the client base
Minimum of 10 years of Prime Finance Sales experience with an established client roster
- Bachelor’s degree, graduate degree a plus
- Knowledge of the Prime Finance competitive and regulatory landscape
- Effective communication skills. Ability to communicate pertinent complex information in a clear and organized manner.
- Established track record, references will be requested.
- Ability to operate autonomously integral with a high degree of personal accountability.
