Job Title: Remote Recruiter - experience within New York City and New York State preferred.
Job Overview: As a Remote Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our organization. Working from a remote location, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process. Your primary goal will be to ensure that we build a highly skilled and diverse team that aligns with the company's values and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and interviewers.
- Facilitate remote interviews through video conferencing platforms.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate transparently with candidates, providing timely feedback and updates.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of the sourcing and selection process.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships remotely.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Education:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
