We are looking for an experienced Master Planner to join our Hollman team.
Role Purpose:
- Facilitate the organization to trust Customer Order Line & Job Order Projected Dates.
- Design and execute SPRINTS on key areas that contribute to Projected Date accuracy:
- Purchased Lead Time Accuracy
- Purchase Order Line Due Date accuracy
- Job Operation Reporting & Material Issuing accuracy
- Significantly limit drop-in CO Lines (where the due date is less than the projected date)
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Comprehensive understanding of Demands and Supplies
- Comprehensive understanding of how SyteLine Planning & Scheduling works
- Work with Operations to make sure Items and BOMs are accurate
- Work with Purchasing to make sure Lead Times and PO Due Dates are accurate
- Work with Inventory Control to achieve 95%+ inventory accuracy
- Work with Operations to make sure that capacity is correctly defined in SyteLine
- Work with Operations to review capacity utilization spikes and discuss options to flex to resolve over-utilization
- Work with Customer Service to make sure Demands are accurate
- Work with Forecasting to make sure Forecasts are accurate
- Work with the Management Team to make sure safety stocks are accurate
- Work with HR to make sure Holidays are correctly entered at least two years into the future
- Process and Collaboration: Work closely with sales, purchasing, and operations teams to gather relevant insights and data to refine and improve demand & supply accuracy and purchasing strategies. Define and execute processes to coordinate the overall workflow from demand forecast to purchase order execution.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and opportunities in the supply chain and develop plans to modify purchasing strategy based on those conditions.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement. Participate in defining and measuring key performance indicators.

Education and Experience:
- Demonstrated proficiency utilizing planning software and data analytics tools such as SyteLine APS
- Proven experience in facilitating cross-functional teams to achieve collective goals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional MS Excel skills; some database understanding a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand forecasting and inventory planning, with at least 2 years in a team manager role required.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is desired.
