The Role:
As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Bell Brothers, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential customers, driving lead generation, and contributing to the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales and operations teams to develop strategies for attracting and engaging prospects. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm; with flexibility to work weekends as necessary
Compensation: Base pay plus commission
Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers and follow up on non-converted leads.

Engage with customers via phone, email, and text to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bell Brothers' products/services and industry trends.

Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and gather relevant information for potential business opportunities.

Use critical thinking skills to solve problems for clients and determine the best solutions.

Collaborate with service and sales teams to develop strategies and achieve sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring total satisfaction and retention.

Summarize and relay information to both clients and internal departments.

Manage and update Service Titan and Sales Trackers for accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.

Prepare and present sales reports to management, providing insights into sales performance and customer feedback.

Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and move them closer to the sales funnel.

Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining high-quality calls.

Continuously improve sales techniques by attending training sessions and staying updated on industry best practices.
Qualifications/Skills:

High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

1-3 years of diverse call center experience with a high volume of calls preferred.

Experience in a customer service or sales environment preferred.

Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to handle elevated/irate customer calls with professionalism and patience.

Exceptional phone and interpersonal skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and organize tasks.

Strong judgment and conflict resolution skills to make logical business decisions independently.

Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods.
