The Business Development Representative is responsible for generating new sales opportunities through inbound website chat conversations and outbound prospecting. Working closely with our sales and marketing team, BDRs are the first point of contact for Neon One with new prospective customers.

Engaging with prospective customers through a multi-channel approach including call, email, and social touches.
Engaging with prospective customers through our website chat bot
Engaging with prospective customers and current customers to identify and generate new sales opportunities for the Territory Sales Managers
Use intent data to identify high probability prospects to engage with
The Expected Part (Your 20s: role responsibilities and opportunities to enhance)
Follow prescribed process for working leads/contacts and creating opportunities in Salesforce
Updating and maintaining cleanliness of Salesforce/Salesloft person and account records
Providing detailed notes of sales conversations with Territory Sales Managers when a new opportunity is created
Executing Salesloft cadence actions in a timely manner and following cadence instructions
Regularly meeting with Territory Sales Managers to review results and performance from outbound/inbound campaigns
Great to Haves:
Experience using video (Vidyard) in prospecting efforts
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator in prospecting efforts
Experience achieving/overachieving a sales/revenue quota
Experience working in or with a non-profit organization
