Responsibilities:
Managing the company’s operational and financial obligations, ensuring the efficiency of all Company employees and their performance to provide the highest quality services for the customer.
Main Duties
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
- Supervising administrative time sheets, clock in & out for all CLIENT hourly pay roll of staff members.
- Supporting managers and senior staff members with all day-to-day operations.
- Supporting the President with all travel and travel administrative requirements.
- Supporting all group satellite travel visits to CLIENT.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems. (CRM data and order entry).
- All company policies & procedures, including health and safety.
- Building and expanding on skills by engaging in educational opportunities
- Address compliance issues and collaborate with managers to help employees adjust to company changes.
- Planning HR and administration activities annually & supporting employee relations.
- Maintaining contact with satellite operations and HQ.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
