What's on the menu?
This position is responsible for recruiting, processing, and onboarding of new employees to Kraft-Kirksville. The recruiter is responsible for processing candidates through the recruiting system, conducting interviews and all assessment processes associated with hourly hiring. The recruiter is also responsible for internal job movements and the bidding process. They will conduct new hire orientation and any responsibilities associated with that program including any HR system on-boarding. The recruiter will address the HR related needs of the new employees, maintain the quality of service and detail of their processes and work to improve and be more effective as a department. They are also responsible for cross training in other HR areas and any further clerical duties in the department or any further duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Seeking individuals who can think outside of the box to attract the best talent. Individuals are required to attend job fairs, recruiting events, community events, and engagements as well.
Working Conditions
- A minimum of 40 hours per week and overtime as needed. Must have the flexibility to adjust shift schedule to work with employees on other shifts.
- (Work is indoors, Primary production floor is wet, Secondary locations are occasionally wet, seasonal climate).
- Must wear following PPE (Personal Protective Equipment): (bump cap/hard hat, safety glasses, slip resistant safety shoes, ear plugs).

- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required!!!
- Associate or bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred!!!
- Other Requirements: Proven good customer service, integrity, confidentiality, self-motivation, and reliability. The individual should possess a positive demeanor, communicate, and participate in a High-Performance Work Environment.
- Proven excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to drive the team and strive for results.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft word, excel, power point, Workday Recruiter, indeed, and other online sites to tap into new talent.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven personal leadership, teamwork, interpersonal, time management, presentation oral and written communication skills. High School diploma or equivalent. Two years of technical school with a degree in business or human resources or at least two years of business or Human Resources job experience preferred but not required.
