Job Description: As the Senior Member Experience Leader at Prestige Fitness, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the member and guest experience and driving the success of our membership programs. Leveraging your expertise in customer service, sales, and retention, you will lead initiatives to enhance member satisfaction, improve retention rates, and drive revenue growth through membership sales. You will serve as a mentor and resource for our Member Experience team, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver exceptional service to our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Member Experience associates, providing coaching, training, and support to help them excel in their roles.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize membership sales, retention, and engagement, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices in customer experience management.
- Actively participate in membership sales efforts, including generating leads, conducting tours, and enrolling memberships, to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated member inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, and Personal Training to align strategies and initiatives that enhance the overall member experience.
- Analyze membership metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and develop actionable strategies to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, fostering positive relationships with members, and promoting a culture of excellence within the team to include experience and cleanliness.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in customer experience management and sales, and proactively identify opportunities to innovate and differentiate our offerings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in a Health/Business field or a Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or related role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with members, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- Passion for health and wellness with a genuine desire to help others achieve their fitness goals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools.
