We are a boutique consulting firm based in The Woodlands, Texas. Our practice is focused on the financial services industry, and spans across the United States as well as internationally. We are in need of a highly competent and well-organized assistant to:
- provide administrative support our senior consultants and in house attorney.
- act as a point of contact among staff members, clients, management team, vendors, external attorneys and accountants.
- screen and direct phone calls and distribute mail/correspondence physically and electronically.
- organize onsite and offsite filing systems (paper and digital).
- order and organize office and kitchen supplies.
- coordinate meals for monthly staff meetings and or as needed for in office client meetings.
- act as a point of contact and provide assistance to staff members and partners with Salesforce.
- work with Salesforce developers to make system enhancements as needed.
- take charge of a variety of essential office management, operational/administrative support functions within our firm.
- work independently on projects where needed.
A strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy are expected. Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products is required. Experience with Salesforce, Timeslips and Constant Contact are highly preferred. Database management skills and website maintenance skills are a plus! Bilingual skills are also highly preferred.
Our ideal candidate should also have a reasonable level of experience with internet research, legal terminology, and a strong desire to learn and grow. With this position, the ability to multitask and remain organized is a must, as is the ability to meet critical deadlines. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. - Knowledge of RingCentral (VOIP) Phone System.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
