Able to work required hours onsite at Washington, DC Pew Charitable Trusts location.
Work hours: 37.5 hours a week. Monday- Friday, 9am to 5 pm with a 30 minute lunch.

Skills/Experience:
Responsibilities:
- Performs PC imaging
- Performs PC deployment
- Performs Windows 10 migrations
- Performs troubleshooting for PC laptops
- Provides support for office moves
- Maintains Desktop hardware inventory
- Plans and executes IT tasks as scheduled.
- Assists Users with their issues and documents actions in ServiceNow as defined by the customer.
