Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and execute menus that meet quality standards
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring recipes are followed accurately
- Manage kitchen staff, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as required
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Assist in training new kitchen staff members
- Contribute to the development of new dishes and culinary techniques

Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting
- Knowledge of restaurant management practices
- Experience in catering, banquet, and fine dining environments
- Proficiency in menu planning and food service operations
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
- Bartending skills are a plus
