A prestigious membership-based organization in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a dynamic Senior Hospitality Executive to join our team and ensure the seamless delivery of exceptional service to our members, maintain the highest standards of operational efficiency, and provide inspirational leadership to our team members.

$175k - $225k based on experience

Primary Responsibilities:
Leadership & Compliance:
- Provide strong and inspirational leadership to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead by example, setting high standards for service and operational efficiency.
Membership & Service Excellence:
- Oversee the delivery of exceptional service to members, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the member experience and increase member satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the membership team to create and execute member engagement initiatives.
Operational Management & Financial Performance:
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure the successful execution of high-profile restaurant openings.
- Utilize industry knowledge to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the luxury hospitality industry, with a strong track record of operational excellence and financial performance in a high-volume F&B setting.
- Current experience in Southern California's hospitality sector.
- Demonstrated success in executing high-profile restaurant openings.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with membership-based organizations and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
