SUMMARY: The Warehouse Technician is responsible for working with the Warehouse Lead to ensure all projects are completed and providing excellent customer service. This role will help with inventory and repairs as well as shipping and receiving duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand the company's Mission, Vision, and Values and be an ambassador of MVV.
Provide positive thoughts and ideas to the team.
Track and maintain inventory of products.
Handle daily tasks set by the Warehouse Lead.
Accurately document and track RMA requests, repairs, and replacements.
Attention to detail in recording and organizing information.
Having a strong technical knowledge of electronic components, systems, and troubleshooting techniques, diagnosing and repairing issues.
Proficient in using various diagnostic tools and equipment.
Operate forklift, pallet jack, or handcart to move materials.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 2 years as a Warehouse Technician/Associate
Excellent time management skills.
Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience operating box trucks/route trucks.
Comfortable with 10% travel time (various training events, visiting different Markets, in-person work with the Hardware Team at our Home Office in Greenville, NC).
Preferred Requirements:
Familiar with RMA processes and procedures.
Experience in repairing and maintaining casino-grade hardware, including slot machines, gaming consoles, gaming servers, and casino bill acceptors.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: The usual work environment is typical of an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate with no material or weather-related hazards except those associated with travel.
