Title: Production Manager

Description: We are looking to hire a talented, highly motivated individual to lead our production team. This position will directly manage production personnel and be responsible for effective, on-time decoration of products.
A successful candidate will have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while also helping to facilitate the day-to-day activities of the team. This is a very dynamic, critical position to our overall company success. Excellent communication skills and documentation are essential. You will need the ability to quickly use metrics, data, and other KPI’s to make strategic decisions in-line with company goals.

General Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire production/decoration process of physical goods
- Ensure accuracy and on-time delivery of our decorated products to our customers
- Manage and oversee all production team members, including leading team and individual meetings
- Open, adaptable, positive, and solutions-oriented leadership approach with the ability to collaborate cross departmentally
- Willingness to adapt and learn new, ever changing best practices in Operations/Production
- Proactively evaluate the needs of our team to support business initiatives (peak season staffing, training, etc.)
- Identify and implement team metrics and key performance indicators
- Responsible for hiring, training, coaching and retaining a team of production associates
- Identify and implement documented, standardized processes to train new team members
- Additional duties and responsibilities as needed
Skills Needed:
- Expert in people and process management
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with logistics and shipping
- Friendly, approachable, accepting personality
- Familiarity with reporting, Excel, and metrics/KPI’s
- Willingness to learn, passion for continuous improvement
Required Skills:
- At least 2-3 years personnel management experience
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- At least 3-5 years of production experience
- Familiarity production machines and maintenance
