Job Description
The Office Manager/Project Manager plays a critical role in the front and back-office functioning of the firm and reports directly to and regularly to the Chief Operating Officer. With overall responsibility for day-to-day operations, this position must be able to work effectively with team members, vendors and advisors. This role ensures the office runs smoothly and ensures that all internal projects, and daily tasks are handled in a timely, accurate, and professional manner either directly or through delegation to and monitoring of other support team members.
This position requires one to consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics and legal and regulatory requirements when dealing with others and/or performing work activities. The office culture is focused on improving our clients’ lives.

Work Responsibilities:
· Be a strong manager of people, ability to motivate and hold accountable
· Manage and organize office workflow, daily business operations and business trackers
· Liaison between our office and parent company home office
· Ensure the calendar is accurate and adhered to
· Manage the day-to-day activities of support staff including, but not limited to, conducting daily/weekly touch points, delivering annual performance reviews of support staff
· Review vacation requests, time sheets and other staff items
· Analyze reports and data, provide results of analysis to management and department heads
· Keep projects moving forward until completion
· Oversee event planning and other marketing activities
· Maintain written documentation of all activities in a firm manual

· At least five years of experience in a financial services firm assisting with day-to-day operations.
Helpful
· Experience working with Salesforce and/or Tamarac
· Interest in and knowledge of financial markets and investment securities
· Licenses preferred, but not required: Series 65
· A bachelor’s degree is preferred
Competitive compensation based on experience with a range of $90,000 to $125,000.
