Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily office operations and procedures
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Manage office schedules and calendars, including scheduling appointments and meetings
- Assist with training development and implementation for new employees
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including meetings, conferences, and company events
- Oversee medical office management tasks, such as patient scheduling and record keeping
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficiency in schedule management to ensure efficient use of time and resources
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software for financial record keeping
- Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date files, both physical and electronic
- Knowledge of training development principles to assist in employee onboarding
- Supervisory skills to effectively manage a team of administrative staff
- Experience in event planning to coordinate successful company events
- Familiarity with medical office management practices for efficient patient care coordination
- Excellent calendar management skills to schedule appointments and meetings effectively
