We are seeking an eager to learn project superindentendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some construction knowledge in the residential or commercial space. Under the supervision of a project manager or operations manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who has a passion for construction and is looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity.
**Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the construction phase
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress to identify and address any issues or concerns
- Maintain construction and crew schedules
- Utilize construction management software to manage and track project progress
- Oversee the construction process and ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards
**Qualifications:**
- 1-3 years in construction (commercial or residential) preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Desire to learn a new position and grow within the residential construction industry
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Ability to work in a variety of environments, including construction sites and office settings
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, building science, or a related field preferred but not required
