IT Help Desk Specialist
We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Help Desk Specialist to join our IT and software design team. The qualified candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience. Must be dependable, reliable, and must have the ability to analyze data and communicate ideas clearly.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for seeking technical assistance
- Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by the help desk ticket
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Provide accurate information on IT services
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
- Follow-up and update status
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control
- Good understanding of computer systems, and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Detail oriented to keep detailed notes on Help desk tickets.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with a MAC and IOS computers
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive compensation commensurate to experience

- 40-hour standard weekly schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (includes working up to 2 Saturdays a month)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 per year
