Willard Detox of Ohio is seeking a full-time primary therapist in a substance use disorder treatment facility, providing detoxification and residential treatment services. The ideal candidate would be a Master's Level Clinician licensed in the state of Ohio.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for carrying a caseload of 8-12 clients
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments, suicide risk assessments, trauma screening, and anxiety/depression screening in the allotted time as outlined by state licensure standards
- Provide weekly individual therapy and family sessions
- Conduct process and psychoeducational group therapy
- Complete documentation in EMR according to State and Joint Commission standards
- Provide ongoing support to clients on your caseload
- Assisting clients in developing measurable substance use disorder related goals and objectives
- Providing liaison services between client and family
- Updating treatment plans regularly
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Master’s Degree in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work or related field REQUIRED (must be license eligible)
- Two years of experience in Substance Abuse treatment strongly preferred
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
- Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC)
