Requirements:
CDA/Coronal Polishing Certification
N2O Certification
CPR Certification
A candidate with Dentrix Ascend experience will be given high consideration.
Education Level:
High School diploma or equivalent, graduate of accredited dental assisting program
Your daily responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
● Providing knowledge to parents and patients regarding dental hygiene and post
operative care with Provider.
● Providing exceptional patient care
● Assisting providers during procedures
● Setting up instrument trays and preparing materials
● Maintaining dental equipment inventory as needed
● Updating patient records and maintaining patient charts.
● Performing dental x-rays for diagnostic purposes and maintaining dental/x-ray
equipment.
● Work cooperatively and collaboratively with others to achieve goals and support
the practice.
● Presenting Infection control/Sterilization and disinfecting instruments/clean each
operatory in accordance with the state applicable infection control guidelines
● Perform various office tasks as necessary
