Job description
Bryant is seeking HVAC professionals with extensive refrigeration experience to fill our HVAC refrigeration specialist position. This individual will work on both commercial and residential sites, specializing in the installation of HVAC systems. Potential team members should have a working knowledge of refrigerant systems and EPA license required. Experience with VRV or VRF systems and large unitary split systems up to 40 tons preferred, but not required. Additional training available for the right person. Bryant looks for hard working individuals with the desire to learn and excel in the HVAC trade. Candidates for this position will have the following experience:
- A strong sense of self-motivation and attention for detail
- Understand working hard for the customer is what we do
- Be dependable and on-time
- Possess the ability to read and follow blueprints
- Have a working knowledge of state and local codes
- Practice excellent communication skills
Qualifications for this position:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have high school diploma or GED
- Able to pass background check and drug screening
- EPA Type I & II certification
- Experience in residential and/or commercial HVAC installations
- Valid and clean driver’s license

**Full bonus amount will be offered to candidates who meet all Qualifications for the position. An alternative bonus amount will be offered to those hired that do not meet all qualifications.
