Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, outreach, and networking.
- Prospect Engagement: Initiate conversations with prospects via phone, email, and social media to understand their needs and introduce SupportZebra's services.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM with accurate and timely information about prospects and sales activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for target accounts, including personalized outreach and follow-up.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to tailor your sales approach effectively.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or similar role, preferably in the BPO or Service related industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with prospects.
- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
- Team Player: Strong collaborative skills with a willingness to support team members and contribute to a positive work culture.
