Responsibilities:
- Research Municipalities to inquire about permit requests
- File necessary permits with townships and counties
- Run cancellation report. Review and audit for discrepancies
- Contact clients regarding past due accounts, cancellations, and/or reinstatement.
- Perform in-house collections as necessary
- Interface with outside agencies when applicable
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically while working in a fast-paced environment
- Great computer (Microsoft Excel, Word, navigate multiple software applications) and typing skills
- Conflict management skills and maintaining professional composure
- Time management skills and sense of urgency
- Ability to multi-task with ease, effectively prioritize tasks and be a self-starter
- Regular and reliable attendance

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
