We are looking to expand our Regional Sales Manager team and are hiring in the Kansas and Missouri area. The sales team member will concentrate on promoting Heritage Biologics' home infusion and specialty pharmacy services, primarily targeting fields such as allergy/immunology, neurology, and rare and orphan diseases.

The Regional Sales Manager is a dynamic sales professional entrusted with driving the expansion of Heritage Biologics' product portfolio. With unwavering determination, they execute tailored sales strategies to propel business growth and meet set objectives. Armed with an in-depth understanding of their assigned territory, they cultivate professional relationships with healthcare provider groups, including but not limited to immunologists, neurologists, gastroenterologists, and oncologists, to capitalize on new business prospects. Through strategic engagement and compelling sales presentations, they establish enduring connections with key referral sources. Moreover, they collaborate closely with the Heritage Biologics operations team to address customer service challenges and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service to clients.

Required Qualifications
- Proficient in territory analysis and planning
- Purposeful mindset with expertise in the complete selling cycle (call objectives, opening statements, listening, use of questions, feature & benefit statements, use of visual aids, objection handling, closing, post-call analysis)
- Experience developing and managing business relationships with physician office practices
- Candidates must demonstrate the ability to thrive independently and excel in a startup-like environment. This entails being self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable to dynamic challenges. The ideal candidate should possess a proactive mindset, capable of taking initiative and driving initiatives forward with minimal supervision. Additionally, they should be comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change, embracing the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the growth and success of Heritage Biologics
- This position requires candidates to possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
- Specialty Pharmacy experience preferred
- Home infusion experience preferred
- Specialty healthcare products experience preferred
- Broad therapeutic area experience preferred
- Knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, or marketing preferred
Travel Requirements
The position requires being in and calling on accounts 80% of the time within the designated territory. This entails frequent visits to various locations within the designated territory to engage with healthcare providers and foster business relationships. Additionally, the role may necessitate up to 5 overnights per month to accommodate travel to more distant or remote areas. Candidates should be prepared to manage their time effectively, prioritize travel commitments, and maintain a flexible schedule to meet the demands of the role.

Compensation
Compensation includes a base salary with opportunity for uncapped incentive bonuses.
