- The Specialist is responsible for managing inquiries
ceived by the Porsche Ce
ers, PCNA Field, and 3rd Party Supplier through ticketing tools pertaining to claim processing and policy and procedure clarifications.
*Roles & responsibilities*
* Review warranty and campaign claims specific to HV battery repairs.
* Provide support to Porsche Centers and Field through tickets submitted via Porsche ticketing tools.
* Work closely with Parts and Technical on ensuring services and parts are processed to agreed SLAs with 3rd party vendor.
* Early recognition of warranty trends to escalate as necessary to Warranty Program Manager.
* Aggregate data from internal systems for management reporting. Recommend and implement improvements for reports, reporting processes and reporting systems
* Maintain/update data and publications on warranty quality topics as needed.
* Support departments along with PAG for ensuring market specific requirements related to claiming are identified and coordinate necessary policy changes with all stakeholders.
* Exercise prudent warranty costs payment through claim decision-making based on automotive experience (technical) and compliance of warranty policy.
* Responsible for the proper usage of, awareness of, and compliance with Information Technology security policies at PCNA.
* Additional duties as assigned by Warranty Program Manager.
*Education and certifications:*
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or Data Analytics. Relevant equivalent education and experience may be considered
*Experience:*
* 2+ years automotive experience, including positions such as Warranty Specialist, Warranty Control Specialist, Warranty Operations Specialist, Warranty Analyst.
* Experience in working with and / or supporting automotive dealers’ service operations
* Experience in project management preferred
*Skills and competencies:*
* Proficient with PC operations Windows, Adobe, MS Office Suite, and other job-related applications.
* Excellent technical knowledge of automobiles.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Organized and statistically oriented.
