WR is seeking LPC, LMFT, LCSW clinicians, who may be an associate or fully licensed, with an interest in working with various forms of trauma and stress. These clinicians would provide individual, couples, or family therapy. Additional opportunities available, if interested, in writing online content, or help manage social media.
There will be room to add other types of clients to the clinicians’ caseloads based on their interests. These openings are intended to begin on a part-time basis and grow into a full-time position. At full-time capacity, clinicians would be working about 30 total clinical hours per week. Additional hours will include monthly team meetings, administrative time, case consultation, and any other work necessary to complete the job.
Ideal applicant:
- Must be licensed (fully or as an associate) in Texas.
- Currently trained to offer telehealth services or willing to complete training to practice telehealth on an as needed basis.
- Must have trauma specific training or willing to obtain.
- Must be able to offer a minimum of 6 client openings after 3:00 pm each week and minimum of 4 openings on 2 weekends each month.
- Enjoy teamwork and connecting with others - WR staff, PCC providers, as well as with the clients.
- Exhibit high work standards by submitting quality work within guidelines set.
- Have excellent communication skills in writing, in person, online, and on telephone.
- Be a self-starter and can take initiative.
- Capable of prioritizing daily tasks and meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- LPC, LMFT, LCSW license in Texas
- NPI
- EMDR certification preferred but not required.
- Bilingual preferred but not required.
- Ability to provide effective therapeutic treatment with children, adolescents, individuals, couples, and/or families.
