- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including profit loss statements

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse
- MDS leadership experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent strategic planning and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated success in business development and sales
- Proficiency in managing budgets and financial performance
- Ability to supervise multiple departments and projects efficiently
