To set, serve, and clean up all banquet events while striving to exceed any and all guest expectations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Set all parties with necessary china and glassware.
- Serve all guests functions using the proper serving habits.
- Clear all dinnerware used and return it to dish washing area for cleaning.
- Responsible for all service areas, refilling condiments, salt and peppers, coffee stations, etc.
- Any specific assignments by management incidental to the performance of the work.
- Must become knowledgeable about the park and all related information pertinent to job.
- Must be able to carry trays weighing approximately 40 lbs. to and from staging area.
- Interact with the public with a cheerful and positive attitude, solve guest problems and complaints in a proper manner, and maintain harmonious working relationships with fellow employees.

Pay: $2.64 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 34 per week
