Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Making the initial contact with consumers to add services and ensure all final questions are answered as clear and concise as possible before closing sales
- Creating an environment that cares for the team’s overall achievement and celebrates every successful milestone
- Promoting an environment encompassing mutual respect and trust between the Customer Service Representative and Sales team and other departments
- Assisting individuals in understanding our client’s brands and selecting the right products, services, and best solutions to meet their personal needs and achieve sales goals
- Responding to customer sales inquiries with compassion and active listening, and select the best solution in an efficient manner
- Identifying additional needs customers may have and help them to upgrade products, inform them of sales promotions, or additional services
Minimum Qualifications We Look Out For In A Customer Service Representative:
- High School diploma or GED equivalency is ideal
- Prior background in customer service, sales, retail, customer support, or other relevant fields are an added bonus
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Charismatic, charming, and courteous demeanor with customers and fellow employees on the
- Approachable and friendly with the ability to close any sale that presents itself

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
