The Service Manager is responsible for all FOH employees, execution of guest relations, safety, adhearance to federal laws related to Responsible Vendor alcohol service, sales, retail, management of key employees, Assistant Managers, and financial implications related to FOH cost of goods.
The Kitchen Manager is responsible for all food quality, safety, management of key employees, Assistant Managers, and timely maintenance of food equipment, and financial implications related to the kitchen and food costs.
The Assistant Manager is responsible for specifically designated work group(s) determined by Department Head, execution of guest relations, safety, and financial implications related to their assigned cost of goods.
All Managers: Qualifications
Food service management, POS expertise, and strong supervisory skills are essential for the Restaurant Manager role. Candidates should possess experience in hospitality and kitchen management, along with a proven track record in customer service and team leadership. Premium skills in inventory management, food preparation, and familiarity with POS systems like Aloha and Micros are highly valued. Relevant experience in banquet operations, catering, and barista work will be advantageous for this position.
