We're looking for someone to join our team as a HR Assistant who:
Performs a broad range of administrative and clerical duties in support of the company's operation. Maintains a consistent and professional appearance in all communications and verbal form. Assists and provides administrative support to special projects, and other important matters.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (These are the essential job functions for this position. The essential functions of this job include but may not be limited to those listed in this job description.)
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft suite (particularly, advanced level excel) and ability to use excel for data management, analysis and statistical reports.
- Prepare reports upon request.
- Insures strict confidentiality of all information and records.
- As directed, sets up and maintains a filing system including correspondence, records, copies of contracts and regulation, and any other filings or records which may be assigned.
- Assist in maintaining payroll operations according to company policies and procedures.
- Process timesheets and accurately process payrolls for all employees on scheduled pay days.
- Recordkeeping, filing, and data entry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
