- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using Cerner or similar electronic health record systems
- Implement infection control measures to prevent the spread of diseases
- Provide health coaching and support to patients in managing chronic conditions
- Assist physicians during procedures such as ophthalmology exams or CT scans
- Provide acute care interventions as needed

- Strong knowledge of patient assessment techniques and ability to develop care plans based on individual needs
- Proficiency in infection control practices to ensure patient safety
- Experience with electronic health record systems such as Cerner for accurate documentation
