Visual Media Administrative Assistant

Built from the ground-up, this 25+ person, in-house creative agency dreams up, designs and delivers some of the most distributed and unique marketing assets for the properties, lifestyles and communities of Utah. Our platform is global, and we encourage our teams to dream big and design/produce what others never thought possible. This internationally recognized and tight knit team is looking for a Visual Media Administrative Assistant to help own the operational, organizational and logistical aspects of our visual media team. The ideal candidate will perform a wide range of administrative tasks including managing team schedules, data entry, billing, digital filing and fielding customer service inquiries.

Summit Sotheby's International Realty (SSIR) is Utah's only brokerage with an in-house advertising agency, comprising graphic design, photography, and videography departments. We have an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant with exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to being a dedicated team player. Based in Salt Lake City, this mid-level position operates Monday through Friday, offering a competitive salary based on experience and full benefits. The position is available immediately.
