We are looking for an experienced Sushi Chef
- Fluent in English
- Must know how to make nigiri/sashimi.
- Must know how to make maki rolls (such as California roll) and special rolls (such as rainbow roll).
- Must know how cut and filet fish.
- Ensures proper food rotation
- Wash/clean raw food
- Maintains area clean and safe
- Maintains clean equipment
