Job Description: Project Manager
Reports To: General Manager
Assignment Focus: We are looking for a highly-skilled Project Manager to contribute to our continued growth within our new construction division. The Project Manager will focus on new construction and interior build-out for multi-family housing, student housing, and assisted living facilities. They will oversee all phases of new construction projects from the initial bid through project close-out. The ideal candidate will be strong in sales and project management.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors
- Review and submits bids for new projects
- Maintain construction schedule
- Generate SOV, track change orders, and work with AR on monthly pay applications
- Ensure profit margins remain in line with company goals
- Supervise projects to ensure quality and timely execution
- Submit close out documents and submittals
- Entertain clients and represent the company at networking events
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Experience reading and interpreting project drawings and specifications
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects in various stages of the project lifecycle
- Excellent Excel skills
- Ability to think quickly, make decisions, and direct onsite personnel
- A thorough understanding of the construction process
- Strong communication skills
Salary & Benefits
- Salary will be commensurate with experience
- 401k with company contribution of $0.50 on the dollar up to 6% for matching
- First year 12 days paid time off, after second year 18 days paid time off

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
