The Superintendent's key responsibilities include:
- Lead the construction team, ensuring efficient project execution within budget.
- Coordinate schedules and manage subcontractors.
- Implement modern construction technologies to enhance project efficiency.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality control and safety compliance.
- Ensure timely project completion.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among the team

The successful Superintendent will have:
- 1-5 years of experience from a reputable GC
- Ability to organize, think head, and manage multiple projects at once
- Excellent communication skills
- Projects within renovation, adaptive reuse, public, facade, or masonry
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, costing & scheduling
- Ability to manager subcontractors
- Ability to run their own site
- Based in Boston Ma
- Majority of projects are based in Downtown MA
- Specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects
- Projects range from brownstone renovations to retail ft-outs to cannabis dispensaries and everything in between
- Base salary up to $125K + Bonus Structure
