Spacemakers Closets is a custom closet and storage solutions company with a showroom located in Suwanee, Georgia. We design and install custom storage which includes walk-in closets, entertainment units, pantries, bookcases, garages and more. Our showrooms display a variety of vignettes using exclusive materials, hardware, and accessories that bring solutions and ideas to life. Our design team works within the client’s parameters using creative problem solving to add more space and function in their lives.
Spacemakers Closets seeks a full-time customer service specialist/showroom support located in Suwanee, GA who will grow with the company and enjoy the following benefits:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greets clients professionally and makes them feel comfortable both in person and over the phone.
- Schedules appointments in Atlanta market based on the Designers calendars.
- Schedules installation dates in the Atlanta market based on the material ready date, installation calendar availability, and client’s availability.
· Installation Scheduling: Efficiently schedule installations, maintain accurate installation schedules, answer phones, update system with relevant information, and prepare necessary documentation. Coordinate material orders and ensure timely receipt for installations. Schedule Go Backs, Services, and Warranties.
· Client Communication: Keep Sales personnel and clients informed of scheduling timelines. Contact all involved parties via phone, email, and text. Verify installation sites are properly prepped and maintain regular communication with builders and remodelers.
· Invoicing and Collections: Handle all client invoicing and collections tasks, including collecting deposits and final balances, managing Accounts Receivable reports, and handling related paperwork.
- Understands the closet storage materials and installation basics to be able to show clients around the showroom and answer general questions.
- Maintains a current and presentable showroom.
- Maintains an upbeat and professional appearance.
- Confirms orders are placed as necessary to ensure needed supplies for the showroom and for the designers.
- Learns the CRM system in reference to setting appointments, scheduling installation and information updates.
- Ensures appointments are scheduled within 24 hours of receipt via the internet.
- Maintains an updated Designers client builder/professional group list.
- Supports designers clients requests with marketing collateral ie; thank you cards, brochures, color swatches etc. as needed.
- Any additional duties requested from the Scheduling Manager with a dotted line to the VP of Sales.
Required Skills
- Initiative-taking, highly organized and detailed-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Geographically aware when scheduling appointments.
- Likes working with people/customer centric.
- High school diploma or GED.
Experience:
- Administrative Assistant duties: 2 years (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
- Client interaction: 2 years (Preferred)
